Our Customer Services team are dedicated to your satisfaction.  They can offer advice on our product range, advise you of expected order delivery time and assist you with after-sales service.  In this section you can read our Policies on payment, ordering & delivery and returns.

About Payment

UK payments can be by cheque, electronic transfer or credit/debit card.  We never disclose any information about our client’s to third parties.

For purchases from outside the UK we are able to accept electronic transfer and credit cards.  Confirmation will be provided [in sterling] when we receive your order and your bank/credit card company will convert the value into your currency.

Debit and Credit Cards

We accept DELTA, MASTERCARD, SOLO AND SWITCH/MAESTRO, VISA and VISA/ELECTRON.

For security purposes it is our company policy to despatch to the registered card holders address only. WE require cardholder address also but can ship to alternative address.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cheques

Cheques should be posted to: Unit 6 Peerglow Industrial Estate, Olds Approach,Watford, Hertfordshire, WD18 9SR.  Please do not send cash.

About Ordering and Delivery

There is a minimum order value of £10.00 sterling.

We do not charge for any item until shortly before it is ready to ship.  Orders received for products that are not available for immediate delivery will be immediately acknowledged with an expected delivery date.

As we begin processing your order it is not possible to include additional items or amend the order. Should you wish to add items you will need to place a separate new order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change.

If something becomes unavailable we will recommend an alternative if appropriate.  We reserve the right to upgrade orders without charge to you.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

Europe Zone 1: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany & Denmark, all other countries are Zone 2.

As it is sometimes not possible for you to calculate the exact shipping costs, we recommend that you allow us to calculate this for you. In which case please use our standard delivery of £6.95.  Please note that you may be charged more than this default  cost but it is always our company policy to keep shipping/postage costs as low as possible.

All orders/parcels we despatch require a signature as proof of delivery. In the event where our carriers have left a card stating that a delivery has been attempted, you must act upon this card information and contact the carriers direct to arrange another delivery time as soon as possible. Failure to do this will result in the order/parcel being returned to us which will incur extra charges.

Please allow at least 48 hours for delivery before contacting us to advise that an order has not been received. We will be able to supply a tracking number to ascertain the current delivery schedule. Orders received before 12 noon (GMT) will normally be despatched the same day subject to stock availability.  If your order or part of is not in stock, we will back order for you.  You will always be informed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All pricing is inclusive of standard rate VAT.

About Returns

Should you believe you may have received the wrong item by mistake, we apologise unreservedly.  Please contact or Customer Services team on us to let us know what has happened and we will organise replacement.

If any purchases fail to meet your expectations, we will exhange, issue a credit voucher, or refund your purchase (less postage) on condition that you contact us in writing and return the goods within 7 days of receipt of the purchase. Goods must be in an unused condition and with the original packing intact.

If upon purchase of an item you wish to return it, and it is not damaged or faulty, outside of the 7 days returns period we will accept returns based around a handling fee of 20% of the items sale price plus shipping costs.

For any returns please contact our Customer Services team on 01923 77 04 04 [+44 1923 77 04 04 outside the UK] or email enquiries@freestyle-rc.com and we will confirm the replacement/credit and how to return the items.  We will issue a Return Tracking Number which should be included with he item, do not return any products until you have received this Number.

We do not accept any responsibility for items being returned to us that are lost in the post.  It is your responsibility to see that returned goods reach us and in the condition they were sent to you.
